About me: I started out with a masters in education as a teacher. I found that after working with families in the school setting that I was interested in taking a more active approach in helping families and individuals in exploring relationship patterns and understanding mental health disorders to help mend and improve the family system and the relationship with the self. After a few years, I returned to school to receive my masters in counseling psychology and have never looked back as I continue in my journey. The road wasn't always easy, yet I never lost sight of my goal in life. I bring the same dedication to every individual, couple and family I work with to help them achieve a healthier relationship with the self and with others.
